Typography layout and signage design for the National Gallery of Canada exhibition. Through meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of visual communication, I had the honour of creating captivating typographic compositions and functional signage that enhanced the gallery experience in both English and French.
Typography layouts for exhibition brochures featured content in both English and French. Using a clean and modern sans-serif typeface for the body text ensured readability, while incorporating elegant serif fonts for key information added a touch of sophistication. This approach maintained a harmonious balance between the two languages, enhancing the brochures' visual appeal and making them accessible to a diverse audience. The colors used in the design were meticulously chosen to complement the art pieces featured in this exhibition.
In addition to exhibition brochures, I created typography layouts for informational brochures that highlighted the gallery's history, programs, and events. This ensured clear communication of essential information in both English and French, maintaining consistency and professionalism across the brochures. I also maintained color and design consistency throughout.
The signage layout for the National Gallery of Canada was a collaborative effort aimed at guiding visitors seamlessly through the gallery and welcoming them to enter the exhibitions. This effort focused on maintaining a cohesive visual identity. Strategic placement of English and French text ensured accessibility and ease of navigation, contributing to an enhanced visitor experience and fostering a deeper connection with the gallery's offerings.
